Terms and conditions applying to orders placed on t-pulse-archery.com. Last updated: 14 August 2026.
1. Seller and scope

2. Products
Each product page states its essential characteristics, price and availability. Product photography is prepared carefully but cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction. Customers are responsible for selecting the HeliTwist thread compatible with their equipment.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros [TO COMPLETE: including VAT, or add the applicable VAT-exemption statement], excluding delivery. The total price and applicable charges are displayed before final order confirmation.
New books are subject to French fixed book price rules. Delivery charges for book orders are displayed during checkout and must comply with the statutory minimum in force.
4. Orders
The customer selects products, checks the basket, enters contact details, selects delivery and payment, and reviews the summary. Errors can be corrected before clicking the button that clearly confirms the obligation to pay. The order is accepted once payment is approved, after which an acknowledgement email is sent.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order using a method offered at checkout. Card data is handled directly by the selected payment provider and is not stored by T-Pulse Archery. Planned providers: [TO COMPLETE: Stripe, PayPal or the final list of enabled methods].
6. Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed promptly and the relevant amount refunded within the statutory period.
7. Delivery

Charges and estimated timing are provided before payment. If no date or period is agreed, delivery will occur no later than thirty days after the order. Risk passes to the consumer when they, or a designated third party, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Delivery checks
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels and products on receipt and report any issue promptly, preferably with photographs. This does not restrict statutory rights.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days from the day after receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. They may use the model withdrawal form or send any unambiguous statement to contact@t-pulse-archery.com.
Goods must be returned within fourteen days of that notice to: [TO COMPLETE: return address]. Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless T-Pulse Archery made an error or the product is defective. Customers are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Amounts due, including standard outbound delivery, are refunded no later than fourteen days after notice. Refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied.
10. Statutory guarantees
Consumers benefit from the French statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. For new goods, the conformity guarantee may be exercised for two years from delivery. These rights apply independently of any commercial warranty.
11. Liability and use
Products must be used for their intended purpose and with compatible equipment. T-Pulse Archery is not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, product modification, abnormal use or failure to follow instructions, without prejudice to liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Personal data
Processing necessary for orders is described in the privacy policy.
13. Consumer mediation

14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence. If no amicable or mediated solution is reached, disputes are heard by the courts competent under ordinary legal rules.
